A Tibetan Lama in Graz
Geshe Tenzin Dhargye was our spiritual guide during the preparations
for the Kalachakra for World Peace Graz 2002.
The She Drup Ling Buddhist Center in Graz had been organizing events
involving masters from different Buddhist traditions for a number
of years. As part of the preparations for the Kalachakra for World Peace
2002, His Holiness the Dalai Lama agreed to a request made by the
Buddhist Center for a resident lama and sent Geshe Tenzin Dhargye to
Graz to fulfill this role. From December 2000 until October 2002 Geshe-la
took charge of the spiritual guidance of the practicing Buddhists among us
as we were preparing for Kalachakra Graz 2002.
We would like to express our gratitude to
Geshe-la for having led rituals and given invaluable instructions and
seminars.
