of business
1. General
"Edition She Drup Ling Graz" and the "Kalachakra Online
Shop" are operated by Verein zur Förderung Buddhistischer
Werte (Society for the Promotion of Buddhist Values), Griesgasse 2,
A-8020 Graz. No adjustments or technical alterations to our illustrations
or descriptions are permitted. The prices we quote are not binding.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract of sale between you and Verein zur Förderung Buddhistischer
Werte is established as soon as you receive from us either the goods
ordered or a written order confirmation.
3. Delivery and dispatch costs
Orders will generally be delivered to the address provided by the customer
within two weeks.
There is no minimum order required. All prices quoted include statutory
value added tax.
In addition to the price of the goods we also charge:
· for deliveries within Austria: a postage charge of EUR 2.50 up
to a total goods value
for any one order of EUR 40.00. Orders with a goods value of more than
EUR 40.00 are dispatched carriage-free.
· for deliveries outside Austria: the current rates charged by
the Austrian
post office , subject to a minimum charge of EUR 2.50 per order.
In the event of the goods ordered not being available, we regret we
will not be able to fulfill your order immediately. In such cases we
will make every effort to supply the ordered items as soon as possible.
4. Invoicing and payment
We supply goods exclusively against payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
or prepayment by bank transfer to:
Hypobank Steiermark (BLZ 56000), account no. 202 4108 6004, account
holder: "Verein zur Förderung Buddhistischer Werte",
BIC: HYSTAT2G, IBAN: AT27 5600 0202 4108 6004.
5. Usufruct
Purchase of sound media or videos entitles purchasers to non-exclusive,
transferable usufruct without time limit. Reproduction of, or alteration
to, the sound media or videos concerned without our prior written consent
is prohibited. Purchasers are, however, permitted to make a single copy
for security, archiving or private work purposes, which must be destroyed
if the original is transferred to a third party, or else transferred
with it.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.
7. Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract
of sale is the Landesgericht Graz
(Graz District Court). The contract is governed exclusively by Austrian
law.
