FELDENKRAIS – Interaction between our inner and outer attitude

The Feldenkrais method is well known for its beneficial effect on body and mind.

It is a process to train one's awareness that uses movement as a key to learning.

On these three afternoons we will be guided through special processes that enable letting go with an open and undesigned attitude. This will quieten our thoughts and lead to a contemplative and meditative atmosphere.

The sensual layer, our body and feelings can be experienced (not just observed!) leading to a deep experience of voidness, stillness and peace.

We will also address the following questions:

  • The dilemma with exercises
  • What is the role of the body and its posture during meditation?
  • How can the control be controlled?
  • Which fundamental attitudes are the "skeleton of my psyche"?
