Retreat "What is really important for you?"

Taking a new direction at the start of the year

Let us pause together by sitting in meditation and walking in awareness.

This will create a space to rediscover kindness towards ourselves and others  kindness as a foundation for compassionate and wise action.

Being attentive to yourself and your surroundings you will find a new direction at the start of the year. Leave the daily routine and aim at developing your wonderful qualities. The winterly, quiet place and the feeling of security in the group will assist you.

Suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
