Kalachakra-Tantra with Shar Khentrul Rinpoche Jamphel Lodrö

Kalachakra – Wheel of Time – is a complex meditation system, the king of the highest yoga tantra. Its practice is taught as a swift path from the beginning of Buddhist practice to complete enlightenment in a single lifetime.

Kalachakra Tantra: Four Higher Empowerments and Practice of Kalachakra Completion Stage with Three Isolations (restricted!)

Wed, 11 October Sun, 15 October

This retreat is restricted to those who have previously received the Higher Empowerments with Khentrul Rinpoché or those with previous experience practicing the Kalachakra Preliminaries and who have a sincere desire to take Khentrul Rinpoché as their Root Guru and the Kalachakra Path as their primary practice. In order to attend the retreat, interested practitioners should first read the guidelines published on Rinpoché's website: http://khentrulrinpoche.com/practice-kalachakra/ and then read "Chapter 2: Cultivating Devotion towards a Vajra Master” as presented in the third volume of Rinpoché’s book “Unveiling Your Sacred Truth”. After becoming familiar with these materials, they should then write an email detailing their motivation for receiving the completion stage empowerments, as well as all of the practices that they have engaged in as preparation for the completion stage (this includes any study). They should then make a clear request for Khentrul Rinpoché to accept them as his Vajra Disciple and to guide them on the Kalachakra Path. Emails should be sent to: contact@khentrulrinpoche.com. If Rinpoché accepts the person as his disciple, then his office will send an email confirmation which can be used to register for the event.

The Seven Empowerments of a Growing Child with the following practice of the generation stage can  be booked separately on request.
