Retreat: "Coming home to oneself" with Stephan Pende Wormland (February 2018)

We resort to an inner place of peace, relationship, and freedom that provides shelter even in the most challenging situations.

In Buddhism, this inner place is called the "true refuge", because it is independent of all external things. There is a universal longing for such a refuge.

I this retreat we approach the certainty to cope with everything that we encounter. We begin to trust ourselves, to trust life.
