Retreat "Pristine joy" with Stephan Pende Wormland (August 2018)

According to Buddhism, deep in our heart we can experience indestructible, profound joy.

In this retreat we wiil practice to fully accept life and to feel how deep this acceptance can be. Thereby we can fully relax and experience pristine joy. We learn to start with what happens to occur right now and to address our resistance in a friendly manner. Through attentively training our acceptance, it will become liberating and unconditional, an open, all-permissive awareness.

We no more depend on what happens out there; the openness of our awareness is enough to cause deep content.
