Calm Abiding - Concentrated Meditation (Shamatha)
Shamatha - Calm Abiding - is the fixation of consciousness free from thought on any object for an extended period of time.
In this retreat we will practice the method of concentration using different objects, such as body, breath and mind.
The entire retreat will take place in noble silence.
Lunch and break refreshments will be provided.
