  We direct our mind to a sense object (breath, visual perception) or
  a mental object (visualisation of a Buddha or an energy centre) and

  remain focussed on this object for an ever extending period.

Arrival by train (S-Bahn 6/61) at Schwanberg:

Please take the train S6 from Graz-Main Station direction  Wies/Eibiswald, departure 16:00; Arrival at Schwanberg: 16:50.

We will pick you up from Schwanberg station, please let us know by 1 September by email or phone +43 (0) 699-12 15 12 91.

16:00 – 17:30 Uhr: Room allocation

18:00 – 18:30 Uhr: Tour through the house and housekeeping matters

18:30 – 19:00 Uhr: Retreat guidelines

19:00 – 20:00 Uhr: Dinner

20:00 – 21:00 Uhr: First unit with Manfred Klell

After lunch (ca. 12:15 13:00) we engage in mindful working to leave the center clean and tidy for the next retreat. Thank you!
