Vipassana Retreat with Hannes Huber, January 2018

Focussed awareness of every single moment allows us to experience all aspects of life with increasing sensitivity, mental balance and intensity. By deepening the awareness and concentration of our mind (calm abiding and special insight) we create intuitive insight that points the way to inner happiness and liberation from suffering. In this vipassana retreat we develop continuous mindfulness through sitting and walking meditation, as well as in all other activities. During the entire retreat we will observe noble silence.
