"Transforming the six emotions through compassion"

According to TIbetan tradition each syllable of OM MANI PEME HUNG, the mantra of compassion, relates to transforming a negative emotion.

In this retreat we explore how hatred, greed, ignorance, discontent, jealousy, and pride manifest in our lives and what they bring forth.

By reciting the mantra and visualising Avalokiteshvara we discover the transforming power of compassson. We strengthen our positive energies so as to be able to do without these emotions.
