• early encounters with Buddha's teachings during the European classical era
• the colonial era and the Pali canon
• early meditation communities in Europe
• Tibetan exile and its impact
• recognition as a religion in Austria
• Neo-Buddhism, Engaged Buddhism

The lecture will close with a short meditation.

It is recommended to attend all lectures. However, beginners are always welcome!
