Bhavana: the daily practice of wisdom and compassion (in German)

Lecture for those who want to learn more about the following topics:

 


Bhavana ("to cultivate the mind") is the Buddha's call to transcend intellectual insight and to practise the essential ethical principles in daily life.

Thus we get accustomed to a beneficial way of life.

 

Compassion is the method and the beneficial activity in our life.

Wisdom is life experience refined by one's own insight.

 

The lecture will close with a short meditation.

 

It is recommended to attend all lectures. However, beginners are always welcome!
