Mindfulness Yoga for Beginners

Mindfulness yoga enriches body and mind and leads to natural inner balance. With easy, effective exercises we move our body (Hatha), while developing awareness and friendliness towards ourselves and getting familiar with our breating (Paranayama). We learn relaxation techniques (Jnana) and meditation. Thus we learn to stabilise our mind and develop mental and physical well-being.

Hathayoga: easy, effective and mindful body exercises

 

Pranayama: familiarising oneself with one's breathing  various breathing techniques for refreshment & activation, focussing, regeneration and calmness

Meditation: direct my awareness to my body, guide and focus my perception, easy visualisations

Relaxation: regeneration and proceeding towards inner peace
