Hybrid-Lecture for those who want to learn more about the following topics:

• the basic teachings: the four Noble Truths, the eightfold path, dependent origination
  
• Councils, written records and commentaries
  
• Sutra (teachings), Tantra (practice), Upadesha (spiritual instructions)

The lecture will close with a short meditation.

It is recommended to attend all lectures. However, beginners are always welcome!
