Meditation Practice Group – Beginners and Advanced

We are an open meditation group of "spiritual friends" meeting for joint practice.

We alternate in leading the meditation and also like to sit/walk in silence for longer periods.

Personal exchange about spiritual questions and our practice is another focus of our meetings.

On Thursday, 16:45 – 18:30

Not applicable on 5 May, 26 May, and 26 October.

Tibetan Buddhism offers an immense variety of methods for meditation. We get inspiration through lectures and books by Buddhist teachers.

A group is extremely supportive to keep on practicing. Members assist each other and the joint practice increases one's energy and enthusiasm.

We focus on developing concentration, compassion, wisdom and mindfulness.
