Weekend Seminar: "How to meditate"

On this weekend we will address the following questions:

What is meditation?

What is it good for?

What kinds of meditation are there and what is their specific benefit?

What kinds of obstacles can occur during concentrative meditation and how can they be overcome?

What are the special qualities of a Buddha?

We get practical advice for various meditations and get motivated to apply them in our everyday life.
