Three day seminar: "Karma: why we do what we do - and its consequences"

"Karma" literally means "action". It is easy to realise that actions have causes – and consequences. Not always of the type we are wishing for. What influences our actions? Intentions and reasons, inner and outer conditions, good and bad luck. Buddhists call that good or bad karma, or merit.

Every half day there will be a short introductory note, exercises in silence and with guidance, exchange in pairs or in the whole group, as well as tips for everyday ife.

Attendance of the lecture on Thursday evening is a prerequisite for attending the seminar. We strongly suggest to take part in all sessions. Please bring writing utensils and comfortable clothes.
