Medicine Buddha Retreat with Ven. Lobsang Namgyel

Medicine Buddha embodies the healing quality of our own mind. He is helpful in eliminating delusions, purifies our karma and promotes inner peace and calm. It is said that Medicine Buddha helps us recover faster from illness.
This practice is also highly recommended for people in healing and helping professions.
As a preparatory exercise, Lam-Rim meditations (transience, karma, refuge, compassion, voidness etc.) are also performed in the first few days.

Every morning we will do the 35 Buddha practice.

It is ven. Namgyel's concern that open questions are clarified. Therefore questions during the teachings are welcome.
