Vajarasattva Retreat with Ven. Lobsang Namgyel

Vajrasattva (Diamond Being) embodies the power of purification and healing of all Buddhas. Through meditating on Vajrasattva and reciting his mantra we can purify our minds from negative karma. Practising Vajrsattva is one of the most important traditional preliminary practices in order to lay the ground for progress in our dharma practice and to reduce negative behaviour, destructive emotions and deep-rooted habits.

We are very happy and honoured that the experienced teacher Ven. Namgyel will explain to us the special significance of, and guide us through, this practice.

Everybody interested is welcome to participate, no initiation required.
