Weekend Seminar: "Samsara and Nirvana"

The Buddha's teachings on dependent origination in relation to our own life cycle.

Understanding our life more deeply. Taking our future into our own hands and create more happiness.

The three higher trainings: ethics, concentration and wisdom help us to overcome disappointment, frustration and disturbing emotions, which we all have the potential to be free from. The new perspective enables us to better understand life's causal connections.

There will also be meditation sessions, as well as plenty of opportunities for exchange and discussions.
